The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information. PassRides undertakes to perform the services with professional diligence, in accordance with urban mobility standards.
PassRides is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit, except in cases of gross negligence. Total liability is limited to the value of the purchased services.
The user may request termination of access at any time. PassRides may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of terms, with 7 days prior notice.
